I know I haven't been around for a while....just having a hard time finding TIME to sit down and get my thoughts together. This 9 to 5 thing is very different for me, just in the way that it breaks up my day. I find that I get home and its cook, feed, wash and tuck in, in rapid fire succession. After that I need to try and squeeze in some exercise and do some more studying for work. Then its off to bed for me. I will make more of an effort in the future to make sure I get my blogging done. I've missed it.
The rest of the week in Hali went well. It was overwhelming with the amount of knowledge to be learned. Food wise I did okay. I did not get a chance to weigh in last week, no scale. After I got home I did WI and was pleased to see that I had only gained 2 lbs.
This morning's WI was great 228.2....back under 230. YAY! I am bound and determined to get to 220 by the end of this challenge....that was my goal for last challenge for goodness sakes. Time to quit dickin around and get it done.
You'll geter done yet, just keep positive. You've been soooo busy lately it's hard to do keep up when your trying to focus on the job the reason your in Halifax.
